Members Exhibition 2020 Monday 20th July -Saturday 5th September

The West Cork Art Centre re-opened in July and has invited all members and friends to exhibit one artwork to celebrate West Cork. Now, I'm not sure that my dairy cows exactly 'celebrate' West Cork, but they were certainly painted from life in West Cork!

'Barn Girls' the October version is hanging in the main gallery, so a great chance to see and purchase the original.

Harvest -West Cork Creates 2020

This exhibition normally takes place in the O'Driscoll Building in Skibbereen but due to Covid 19 restrictions it has become an online exhibition.The theme for the exhibition is 'Harvest' and there will be a live launch at 1pm on Saturday 8th August. I have created three new oil paintings based on a field behind my studio during the months of May and June. These will be unveiled on the opening day when the website will go live. This will be a fascinating exhibition showcasing the very best art, craft and design in West Cork.
