Field Lisnabrinna is an oil painting from a series of field paintings on my uncles farm.  This, the largest of the three was painted after the first cut of silage and facing west towards Drinagh and Drimoleague.

This painting is the second view of a field from the back gate on my uncles farm taken in May when the hawthorn was flowering. The mountains in the distance are the Derrynasaggart. This is the view of a field from the back gate on my uncles farm taken on a sunny day in May when the hawthorn was flowering. You can see the farm track going all the way through the land to the farthest fields on the farm.
