August is an 8 x 8" oil on canvas board painting of the lane up to my studio in lisnabrinna near Rossmore. The monbretia was in full bloom along the hedgerows and the trees cast interesting shadows on the laneway. It is a typical scene around west cork where the montbretia has happily spread along the roadsides.

Greeting cards are taken from my original paintings and come in a pack of six as shown. They are square 5” x 5” quality fine art cards left blank inside for your own use. They are supplied with white envelopes and come packed in cellophane with a ribbon unless you request otherwise.

Montbretia Path is an oil painting in canvas of a road I walk almost everyday with my dog. I love the changing of the seasons, each has its own special moments. Montbretia marks the end of the summer as it spills out over the roads and ditches here in West Cork adding a fabulous splash of colour.
