Galley Head Lighthouse is an oil painting of one of West Cork's most iconic landmarks. I have painted the galley head before but this is a larger painting and created from a number of photos I took on an open day there last year. I have tried to create a sense of drama in the landscape whilst also a nod to West Cork in the Montbretia which flowers in the late summer. Price includes frame. €2000.
